Can you hide at the HS account level the buttons for calls, meetings, etc for companies and deals?
Looking for some help here!
Context. We have an integration with other CRM where all sales activity happens at account and deal level there (we have activity related and contact level in HS because we use sales hub, but once we move forward to create an opportunity we don't want them to use accounts or deals in HS for recording activity at all) so we don't want our sales teams using those features in HS even though our integration doesn't sync those, we want to prevent anyone from handling that there, so the best way to do that is by hiding those buttons.
Is there a way to hide them for all our users? I'm aware we can reorder the activity buttons, but not in bulk for all users, also this action still does not hide all the options to log in activities there.
Does anyone have any idea or solution for this problem?
I really appreciate the quick response to my question, so sorry to know this is not part of the custom UI elements, I think that would be great, anyway there is some documentation in case someone else has this question and hopefully in the future will be possible.
