Can't use meeting links after domain changed

Hey,

I'm using HubSpot free account. I've initially set up HubSpot on development domain. Some meetings links were created. After changing the domain to a new one, the meetings links stopped working.

- I can't change the links of the meetings, as the system blocks it.

- I can't remove the meeting, as this is default one.

- I can't create a second meeting link, then remove the previous one, as I don't have paid account.

How can I change the meeting link, to a new domain, and get it working?

Hey @jk8 HubSpot development accounts are intended for internal development and sandboxing HubSpot accounts. Meeting links created here are designed for testing only and not designed to be used as public meeting links.

In a free HubSpot account you get a HubSpot URL for your meeting links, these can continue to be used and if you upgrade to a paid account you could use your own domain here too. If your meeting links were created under a sandbox/developer account then they will be tied to the developer account. I would advise recreating these meeting links in your public account and replacing any links you have with the proper account meeting links.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I don't use HubSpot development account. By development, I meant a temporary, testing domain.

I cannot: edit the meetings, remove the meetings, or add new meetings. I got stuck with meetings that don't work anymore, due to a change of the domain.
