Can’t sync leads with Facebook and hubspot
SOLVE
wont let me click on Facebook and move to the next step. I've changed permissions on Facebook to full control. Not sure how to fix. Thanks!

Here are a few things to check:

Make sure you're an admin on both the Facebook Page and Ad Account.

In Facebook’s Business Settings, check Leads Access—you need to be listed under “People” if that’s turned on.

Go to Business Integrations in Facebook, find HubSpot Ads, and hit “View and Edit.” Make sure all the permissions are on.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Facebook Page in HubSpot under Settings > Marketing > Ads > Lead syncing.

Also, turn off any ad blockers—they can mess with the setup screen.
