we are a small team of 3, we are all superadmins, but we can't see a full list of contacts. We can only see our own contacts and not other peoples. Why is this? We have basic hubspot and their sales team don't seem to know why we can't see each others contacts. It's driving us crazy
yep done all that, spent hours faffing about with the systems, we are superadmins and so everything is set to full access. We have synced our google contacts but it makes no difference, I can't see the cotacts of my two colleagues unless I specifically search for a name, if I tick all contacts for every email address in the contacts section it still pulls up only my contacts. I have spent hours on the knowledge hub but I still can't work out what the issue is

@LBayford are you sure you're looking at an unfiltered view, within the "All contacts" tab?
If yes, can you please confirm that you are all working from the same HubSpot portal? Navigate to the contact index page and confirm you're seeing the same number in your URL: https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/contacts/PORTAL_ID/objects/0-1/views/all/list
If this is not the same number, you're not in the same HubSpot account.
If you're a Super Admin and you're looking at the All contacts view on the contact index page, and you're not seeing all contacts, then this has to be a bug (which we can flag with the community team) or you're not working in the same portal, accidentally having created multiple portals instead of user accounts.
