Can't manually change Lifecycle Stage

Hello, I'm trying to change the Lifecycle Stage value for some contacts, from Customer to Lead (as they're wrongly labeled) and Hubspot changes it back again.

What I'm doing:

Step 1: Select contact

Step 2: Edit Lifecycle Stage

Step 3: Select "Lead" option and save

I've also tryied changing it from the "see all properties" page, and the same happens.

When I look at the records I edited, they're still marked as "customers", how can I change this? It's drviing me crazy, thank you!

Hi @ARavera 

Are you seeing any error message when saving?

Can you check the lifecycle stage property "details" , you get there by hovering over the property on the contact record, and see if there is an automation changing it back?
