I got an email to say my HubSpot profile will be deleted in 7 days. When I try to login it accepts my login details and sends me a 2FA code but then get an error message “Can’t find an account matching those details. Contact your account administrator”. Can anyone help? Thanks
Can you confirm that you clicked "submit your information to the HubSpot support team through the form below " please? A form like this should open up within the same article. You should be able to fill it out and submit it.
