Can't log in due to authentication code emails not being received

Hi Community

I'm using the free version of Hubspot. I can't log in to my primary user account as the authentication emails (access code) are not arriving. They are not being filtered out by our server either.

I have created a secondary user ID (seperate email) for just such an issue and have set up 2 factor authentication, but of course I can't access all the data and tasks for the primary account. I have since set up two factor authentication on the back up user account.

Any suggestions would be apprecited.

Thanks

Dominic

Hello @DBetteridge8,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I have found a similar case and the response from @TomM2Email is received, verification code is not.

After reviewing that option, I believe you will be able to resolve this issue 😊

Best regards,

Diana

Thank you @DianaGomez

I am receiving email reminders for tasks, just not receiving the login code. It's really strange. I can't change anything on this account as I just can't access the platform.

I have created two users, both with Super Admin access. Can I grant two setep authentication for one user, from the the user's account? I think if I can set this up, it removes the need for these access codes.

Thanks

Dominic

Hi @DBetteridge8

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

First, let's focus on seeing if it's possible with the steps mentioned in the solution of this thread. Could you please let me know if it works when you do it that way?

Thank you,

Diana
