Can't delete Salesforce properties and it's driving me kookoo

We no longer use Salesforce and turned off the integration on January 27th.  However there are 5 contact properties that I am unable to delete.    See image.

There is no data in any of the properties

The properties are not attached to any lists or workflows

I've checked the integration again and Salesforce is definitely NOT connected.

I want them to disappear.  Any advice?

As follow-up to anybody experiencing the same issue, Brad was correct. 

These are fields that must be deleted by Hubspot.  I contacted support via email and they had the fields deleted 24 hours later.

Hi, @iamathlete. You may want to reach out to HubSpot Support for assistance with this. Those properties you highlighted are all data that should remain on HubSpot contacts, even after uninstalling the connector. I'm not certain if it'll be necessary to (have either you or HS) remove all values from all contacts in those properties first. 

Those properties all represent data which is unmodifiable in context of the integration, so there's probably some restrictions on the properties themselves that prevent users from removing them on your own.
