Can't Edit Notes

I have tried several times to edit my notes from both the company side, contact side, and task side and it will not allow me to.  I hit edit, write in additional notes and hit save and the changes are not saved?

 

Does editing require **bleep** permission?

 

Please advise?

Not sure why they changed the word "**bleep**" to **bleep** in my question?

Permissions could be the reason that you can't edit notes.  

 

Under Settings >Users & Teams   

Make sure that your user has access to Contacts. 

Make sure the Edit dropdown is set to the approprriate setting. (Self only, Team, or Everything. There is also a checkbox to allow them to edit unassigned records.)

I've checked and I've provided all access to everything and I still cannot make changes to Notes or Tasks as the Super Admin or the other user.

Odd.  Not that I have any reason to doubt you... just want to make sure this is the screen we're both using.

Yes looking at the same page.  It seems to have corrected itself and I'm now able to make edits.  If it happens again I will post to notify.
