Can't Customize Lifecycle Stages

I'm trying to figure out how to re-name a Lifecycle Stage to fit our existing framework.  I found the knowledge article outlining how to to it, however I am unable to edit anything.  This is what I see:

I am a Super Admin, and we are using the starter hub package.

Hi @HDiDomenico,

Lifecycle stages aren't customized in the property settings but under Settings > Objects > Contacts > Lifecycle stage.
