Can not import company - not authorizedSOLVE

Hey guys and girls. I have a problem with the free sales CRM. I've cleaned up my contacts and companies lists (deleted everything) to start clean with some new fields. I'm trying to import the companies list, but I get the following error:
I've checked my account and I am the Super Admin, so not sure where the problem is coming from. For contacts, the import button works.

Short A: Confirmed behavior on Free and Sales Pro portals only. Marketing Pro and Marketing Enterprise portals exhibit no such behavior.
On hold with HubSpot Premium Support >20mins -- abandoned call. Updated this thread with all available info.
UPDATE 1947: Sales Pro portals appear nominal at this time.
UPDATE 1952: All portals appear nominal at this time. (root cause unknown)
UPDATE 2000: Abandoned premium support call.
Recommend logout/login and clear browser cache if problem persists.
