You could probably still accomplish this using an integration such as Zapier, but out of the box you won't be able to make this happen with HubSpot Free CRM.

Hi @Ezajo,

Can you please expand on what HubSpot products you are using?

To make this happen, you'll have to have some automation features, which are available in Pro.
