Can I send an email to a list of contacts without the email being considered as a Marketing email?

Hello,

I need to send an email to a list of contacts. It is not a marketing email, hence I would like to not have the "unsubscribe" feature at the bottom. I added manually all these contacts on my CRM because I need to ask them something. It is the same email for all of them, but I would like to personalize it with their first name when saying hello.

Can I send an email to a list of contacts without the email being considered as a Marketing email?

Provided you have Sales Hub, I believe you can set up a sequence, the template can pull the first name and these contacts do not have to be a marketing status and you can turn off the unsubscribe link in your settings

Yes, you can send an email to a list of contacts without it being considered a marketing email by using transactional email features. Transactional emails are designed for one-to-one communication and don't require an unsubscribe link.

Hi Aristide,

As far as I know, the unsubscribe / manage preferences link can only be removed with the transactional email add-on. Emails sent with any other subscription type than transactional must include the links. Otherwise HubSpot will not let you send that email.
