Can I have more than one email signature

Hello and I use hubspot to record contacts for 2 businesses

Each of my businesses has it's own email address 

Example             a@b.com and b@a.com

When I send an email I get the same signature for a@b.com and b@a.com

Is it possible to have a signature for each of my emails?

Yes, absolutely.

When you are logged in (to the CRM) hover over "Sales Tools" and choose "Templates". From there you can create a new template for each.

If you are using the free version, you will be able to create up to 5 email templates.

I love to Google my basic HubSpot problems and always end up in the support forums without a solution years later. It is a shame considering the price of HubSpot that this basic function is not available. In my case I have one company but needs to have my signature in two different langugages.

I have that same issue. Two different email addresses to send from, but need to manually change the signature. Sometimes I forget it. Clients get confused. Not a good situation.  Duplicating all the relevant templates is also not really a good idea. Too much work. Other systems, i.e. good old Outlook, have a signature for each email address. When you change the From address, the signature adjusts automatically. Could you put that in as a feature request?

Hi @Philj,

You cannot have 2 signatures. As a workaround you could create 2 templates with different signatures, choosing the appropriate one based on who you are emailing.

Question, down the road to you see a need or a benefit to keeping your contacts separated between your 2 businesses? Thinking long term, you might want to consider creating an additional account for the other.

With regards to the question, I'm waiting to see how things pan out before setting up another account, though I already did that and then deleted it

I have not been able to find instructions so wasn't aware it's an option

I have to create a few signatures via the templates feature but all my signatures are created as HTML signatures. How do I embed this into the template? Is it possible? If so can you explain the process of the same?

Josh,  how's it going?  My question to you, even when you create different templates it always defaults back to the email signature that is stored.  Am I missing something?

Any signature that is stored will still show up in the email. You'll either have to remove that signature or delete it from the email before sending.

The templates you create will each include the unique signature within the template itself. If you don't delete the default one, you'll end up with 2 signatures in the email.

Hello Josh,

Since 2017 has there been any up grade with the system allowing to have more than one signature.

I'm woking on 2 different pipelines for 2 companies, I tried to change the default signature and now trying to paste back the old signature and it the box and it doesn't keep the format.

Any suggestion have Hubspot upgrade to be able to have multiple signature?

Having now written and saved my Templates, is it possible to link them to a specific email address

At the moment, when I pick the template, the email is not necessarily the correct one and has to be chosen manually, that's if I remember, which I have forgotten to do on a couple of occassions

So, is it possible?
