Can I have an employee only be able to see what he is the owner of?
SOLVE
Yes you can.
- Settings
- Users & Teams
- Click the checkbox next to the employee
- Under Contacts you should see View and Edit
- Change those to owned only

You can also do this when adding new HubSpot users.
That should accomplish what you are looking to do!
