No, there is no way dedicated export feature. One option, besides one by one copy and paste, is to add the field to a form. In the form editor, click on the field, then wait for the left sidebar to open and you can click and highlight all values in the left sidebar and copy them.
If it's not a contact or company property, simply clone it as a contact or company property.

Thanks Karsten. In the meantime I figured out a different workaround by temporarily creating a new contact then applying every checkbox selection. In the resulting export all of the values were present in the field with a semi-colon separator. Using Excel, I was able to use text to columns and then transpose from columns to rows.
