This seems like a stupid newbie question but I cannot find an answer that I know must exist. How do you create a call intake form? Our process is for two phone calls. The first to take preliminary information to set up the second call, which is long and in depth. I would like a simple form for the first call to fill in the most basic fields. I would also like to create a long form for the second cal,l which would be more of a notes thing than a fill in the fields of the CRM thing. This exists...right?
You would want to create a simple landing page that features a form you've created specifically for this purpose. When you create that form, be sure to select "Disable cookie tracking" in the options are. This will ensure that each new submission creates a new contact.
