Calendly and hubspot integration

Dear HubSpot community, I want to know if HubSpot offers automation emails in its free plan? We want to integrate Calendly and HubSpot through Zapier so that each contact from Calendly receives a tag in HubSpot, followed by an automation process. Is this feasible? Thank you,

Thanks for your response and providing the links. Based on your answer, it seems we have the option of running email automations in HubSpot. I have two more specific questions now :

Firstly, can we set a property in HubSpot so that if we turn it on for an account, a pre-set email automation will be sent to them?

Secondly, if it is feasible, can we do it with our Free HubSpot account?

I hope that you are well!

With a free HubSpot account, you can create custom properties as indicated in this article "Create and edit properties".

However, if you want to use automated emails or automation with forms, you will need a paid subscription.

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @deepikaverma, @Dan1 and @Josh do you know which tool could be used to send automated emails depending on a property value, to help @YMousavi, please?

I understand that you are using Zapier, and you would like to connect Calendly and HubSpot via Zapier. You also would like that contacts coming from Calendly have an updated property/tag in HubSpot.

Regarding the email automation, what exactly are you trying to achieve, please?
- Do you want to be able to use the property/tag in a marketing email?
- Or do you want to automate the process and use workflows?

I found this article about Zapier and Calendly but since this is a third party integration that has not been built by HubSpot, I recommend you to contact Zapier to check if this will be suitable for your specific use case.
