Calculated property that count the number of checked in multiple checkboxes

SOLVE

Hi,

I have a Multiple checkbox property and would like to create a calculated property to count the number of checked option. The output should be the number of checked otions.

Anyone knows how it is done?

Calculated property that count the number of checked in multiple checkboxes

SOLVE

Hi @markusarvidsson,

This can currently not be done with calculation properties. If you're looking for a no-code solution, I've laid out a workaround here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lists-Lead-Scoring-Workflows/Number-of-checkboxes-selected/m-p/6597...

Alternatively, you could look into custom code actions in Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise, running a workflow whenever the property value in your property changes.

Other users have requested before that this should be doable with calculation properties: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Calculated-Property-to-Count-of-Values-in-Another-Pro...

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I'd recommend commenting and upvoting.

You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.

Have a great day!
