I would like to send out CSAT surveys I have created in Google Forms via Hubspot email (I would like analytics on the emails). As we don't have the Hubspot service add-on, is there a way to do this please?
I have done research on here and Google search engine/Youtube but couldn't find any information about embedding Google Forms surveys into a Hubspot email.
You can work with a HubSpot developer to create the desired module within an email (or post in the developer section of the HubSpot community) and live with the likely negative deliverability consequences
You could upgrade to Service Hub Professional
You could work with CTAs (created in the CTA tool, leading to a generic thank you page) in an email and analyze how many users clicked a certain CTA
Those are the options I see. Does that help?

Embedding third-party elements is generally not recommended as it might trigger spam and security filters. Have you considered simply linking to the the Google form instead of trying to embed it in the email?

Hi Karsten, I would rather keep the interaction to clicks within the email rather than make the customer jump to a browser, so embedding is preferred... Any thoughts if this is possible?

Just so I can be clear - is there an exisiting way to embed a multi-question CSAT survey from something like Hotjar into an email that is sent from Hubspot (unfortunately I can't justify the cost for service add-on at present)?
