CRM issue

I am having trouble maneuvering through Hub Spot crm. I can enter my contacts names but when it comes to saving notes and tasks, It will not save for some reason. I tried numerous times. The results are always the same. I used Hub Spot a while ago never had this problem before. I also tried using a different browser still no luck. I spoke to a couple of members from your support team. However some of the things they were telling me to do I am not familiar with. I'm not really good with computers and some things I don't know how to do. I hope someone on your team will be able to help me. This is becoming very stressful. Every time I tried to create a notes, click save, nothing is saved. If no one is able to help me, I will understand.
