CRM in PC and in ANDROID don´t have the same information.

I would like to know why whe I change something in the CRM in my computer, this thing don´t change in the smartphone.

For example: In my PC I put some weeks ago a deal in WIN AND CLOSED and in the android is in BILL SEND, yet.

Why?

Hi @stalkingfilms,

 

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please confirm you are logged into the proper account within your phone and PC, as well as that you are logged in as the same user, and finally that the issue persists after you have updated the app? 

 

I also want to tag in @KCampbell who may have additional insight on this matter.

  Let's take a look! To start, since experiencing the behavior, have you tried removing/redownloading the latest version of the App? If not! Let's give that a shot, as it very well may resolve the issue at hand. Let me know if this takes care of things!
