We have upgraded to both Sales Enterprise and also Marketing Professional and would like a little help if possible.
We would like to edit the notes tab if possible to capture specific data fields, we use the golden squares further on down on the left hand panel.
The intent of what we are wishing to do is find the best way to capture discovery questions (which would need to be editable text) and if possible change the name of the Notes tab to discovery.
Then if possible we would want to have the questios reportable on. As an example, the Notes tab becomes Discovery and it contains 5 questions (these aren't the questions just dummy data)
1. Favourite colour 2. Favourite drink 3. Favourite holiday destination 4. First pets name 5. City you live in
Then we would want to be able to run a report on those objects and have the report capture all the answers to 1 together and all the answers to 2 together and so on.
I hope this description makes sense, the only reason for posting on here is when I reach out to our client success/customer service contact, it options for me to book a meeting with them at 11pm-1am as I am based in Sydney, and our HQ is in London.
You can not change the notes tab, and notes aren't objects in HubSpot but activities.
Playbooks however are intended for discovery and qualifications and would either create a note, call or meeting record and in addition can update properties from playbooks. So using your dummy example, you would have the following properties at contact level and ask those questions in the playbook:
1. Favourite colour 2. Favourite drink 3. Favourite holiday destination 4. First pets name 5. City you live in
You also mention "use the golden squares further on down on the left hand panel." - could you elaborate what you mean by that?
Thanks

The low-cost/out-of-the-box way to do this would be to use Playbooks, but the output would still go into the Notes tab with all other notes.
If you really want a Discovery tab where there would be a form widget asking for 5 questions, this would require the custom development of UI component as mentioned by @MiaSrebrnjak.
If you are no developer or don't have one on your team and you are interested in a quote to get this done externally, you can schedule an exploratory call with me using this link: https://www.auxilio.io/meetings/louis-chausse/meet-with-me

Hey @CJAsha ! I see you're looking for ways to use HubSpot Enterprise effectively.
Let me give you a quick rundown of three key features that can help you out during a discovery call.
First up, Playbooks. They're great for capturing information during the call, and with HubSpot Enterprise, you can sync the answers to properties. This means that when someone completes the questions, it'll also update the properties shown on the left sidebar. Plus, you can edit the answers anytime and update the associated properties as needed.
Now, let's talk about managing multiple Playbooks. HubSpot allows you to create recommendations for which Playbook to use in different situations. For example, you could set up a rule that suggests using the discovery call Playbook for new leads.
Next, consider organizing your left sidebar with sections. Grouping related properties into sections not only makes things easier to read but also lets you show certain sections only for contacts in the discovery process. Just like with Playbooks, you can use rules to display specific sections based on lead status.
Lastly, let's touch on custom cards in record centers. While creating custom cards requires programming, there are five standard card types available without any coding needed. These cards help highlight important properties and even display reports associated with a contact.
In conclusion, using Playbooks, organizing sections on the left sidebar, and exploring custom cards in record centers (code or no-code) will help you get the most out of your HubSpot Enterprise license during discovery calls.
Happy HubSpotting!

I'd say that the easiest way to have this information easily available on a contact record would be creating a snippet for the team as a template and then pinning the note at the top of the record.
Saving information in a note, however, doesn't let you report on the captured data, it'd be best to save this information in custom properties.
I therefore think that getting help from a developer to build a custom component and create a net-new UI element that displays custom information would be the best solution.
I also wanted to ask a couple of subject matter experts for their opinion:
Also to answer your question Frank we are using the Hubspot golden square feature, and can select either open character responses or dropdowns or yes no, they work well but I would like the discovery questions in the main section of the CRM
