CRM API: Limit decimal places for number properties

When using the CRM API to create a number property, it seems they are always created with no limit to the number of decimal places. However in the UI, I see that the number of decimal places can be limited. Is there a way to specify this limit in API calls, or must this be done in the UI?
It's me again haha Referring to the same API doc here, I believe there's a limit of "at most one decimal place" set for number CRM property created by API. Should you wish to adjust this, it can only be done via the UI. Hope this helps!
