Block processing incoming emails

For some reason our email address is receiving emails that we do not want logging how do we stop the logging of incoming email seen how to do for outgoing but not incoming

Welcome to the Community. Could you let us know how this email is connected to Hubspot? As a shared inbox? (more information here) 

 

If so, by default all incoming emails sent to a shared inbox will be visible to your entire team, so it's not recommended to connect an email account that you use to send personal emails.

 

What is possible to be done to filter some emails by following the steps on this article here: Set up email filters in your conversations inbox
