Block logging mails both ways

Hi

 

I am trying to stop loggin mails but it dos not seem to work. My outgoing mail is still getting logged in HubSpot under contacts?!?
The sent mail is not getting logged. 

How do I also stop logging outgoing mails?

Hi @Thomas_Oreskov 

That screenshot is a company record, and it doesn't tell me at what date the email was logged.

 

I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support as they can access your portal and get a better understanding quicker of what's going on.

I am not following what you mean by outgoing and sent, for me these two are the same...

 

If an email is on your "never log list" it will not get logged. So that is expected behaviour.

Sorry I mean my reply is getting logged, and the reply from the blocked contact is not. 

I dont want anything to go into my contacts.

Hmm, where exactly is it being logged?

Judging by you first screenshot the "blocked contact" doesn't even exist in HubSpot.

 

Just to rule out the obvious - have you connected your personal inbox or a shared inbox?

Thanks for your reply, Frank.

I have connected with my person work mail. Also the contact is unknow to everyone else in the company. 
The contact has been in the system earlier.  

 

It seems that the mail is getting logged in companies:

The email is logged today. As in for 40 mins ago. 

I will reach out ot support.
