Best process for agent to do a questionnaire for each lead.

Our company gets a lot of leads, our agents call those leads and they perform a questionnaire to make sure the lead qualifies for the next step. They ask series of 10 - 20 questions, some are logic based. 

Ex. If lead says yes to question 2, then they jump to question 5 etc. 

 

Management wants an easy way to see the answer to those questions on each lead as soon as they open the lead. 

Is it possible to add a tab t other main page of the lead? What other recommendations do you guys have?

 

I was hoping there was a way to add a tab, and have all the info there.

Short A: No.

 

Longer A:

Modifying the HubSpot interface in the fashion you describe isn't an option. Yet! (maybe one day ... only HubSpot knows)


Right now, the best option may be to paste the questions/answers into a note and pin that note to the top of the appropriate contact record.
