I started seeing issues with the logging a few months ago. I used a third-party email client, but have a hardcoded bcc. I checked with our email provider and the issue isn't on their end. Attached is the message I see when the bcc fails. Please help me.
Hi @PowerFilmSolar ! Are you sending emails from your connected email address? Can you also advise whether the emails are being logged in the HubSpot portal?
Hi @PowerFilmSolar ! When I check in your portal it looks as though emails are being logged correctly from other users. Would I be correct in saying that you have the bcc hardcoded into your emails and you are also ticking the 'log and track' option in the extension?
