BCC not populating emails into Hubspot

Hi-

 

I've already confirmed I have everything set up correctly via "chatting" with a Hubspot rep, and they recommended I post this issue here to obtain a tech's support...

 

I have been using my BCC address for weeks across multiple email correspondences (using Wordpress SMTP) and nothing has populated at all into the Hubspot Activity Feed, nor within any Contact record.

Hello @handylitalien 

 

To ensure the BCC is successfully logged to HubSpot, please confirm that you apply to all requirements to log emails to the CRM using the BCC address.

 

Your email must meet the following criteria in order to be logged in the CRM:

Please note: if you manually use the BCC address in an email client without tracking, this will only log the email on a contact record in HubSpot. This will not allow you to track opens or clicks on your emails.

Hi Pam,

 

Thanks for your help- I can confirm all...

 

  • The user is myself ("Super Admin")
  • Connected email boxes:
    • lisa@handymanlitalien.com
    • inquiries@handymanlitalien.com
  • None are entered on "Never log list"
  • No emails are coming through anywhere with the use of the BCC (on Activity List, in Contacts, or elsewhere)
