Automation of Lifecycle Stage when link in email is opened not working?

SOLVE

Hi there!

 

We have ran into some trouble regarding the automation of leads within our CRM. Previously we set up a workflow consiting of when a new contant clicks a link in a marketing email the lifecycle stage of said contact changes from "Lead" to "Subscriber" and the team get a prompt email notifying us our the change. 

 

I was under the impression that the CRM automatically updated the lifecycle stage without any human input as the last time it happened the task was completed by Hubspot "Analytics", however when the same process occured recently with another client the same results were not replicated. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

SOLVE

Hi @BMoore7 ,

Purpose of workfow is to reduce the manual input. Once you set up the workflow to change the lifecycle stage of a contact, if the contract meets the criteria, the stage will be changed.
Please once again cross check the workflow trigger and then test teh contact if its meeting the criteria or not.
