Automating deletion of email content stored in activity

Is there a way to automate the deletion of email content stored in activity after a certain amount of time (say 90 days)?

We want to utilise the Outlook intergration to capture all our contact details but as our users are both sales and operational, we will be capturing a huge amount of content that is just the back and forth of work. Rather than just creating more and more data pieces is there a way to set up for the content to be deleted after a certain period of time? I know I can manually delete an email from the activity feed but is there a way to automate this across our CRM.

HubSpot doesn't have any settings in the user interface to configure automatic activity deletion. This would have to be done through the API, with the help of a developer: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/engagements
