Hello everyone, I would like to create a support ticket form for the users of my website to generate tickets in HubSpot. To do this, I have created a form in HubSpot in which I have activated automatic ticket creation. The form is also linked to my conversations and a ticket pipeline. Now, as a test, when I fill out this form on an incognito window, a conversation related to relevant objects in my inbox is created, but no ticket is created, and I get the message "Ticket creation failed." I don't know what exactly is wrong with my configuration and would be very happy if you could help me.
Hi @AmirSafaei , From the screenshots I could understand that all the settings have been set up. Please check once that in that form's OPTION tab, automatic ticket creation setting is on
If the issue persisits, disconnect the form, clear chache and cookies, reconnect the form and then check.
