Automatic email when deal enters a stage?

Hello!

We have a 3rd party form that automatically adds a new deal to one of two stages when submitted. If the deal is added to Stage A, all is good. If it is added to Stage B, we'd like to automatically send an email (based on a standard template) when the deal is added.

Is this a possibility, and what services/plans would I need to make this happen?

This isn't the case anymore. HubSpot now requires an additional upgrade of marketing hub to professional, in order to send an automated 1:1 email.

Is it possible to send the email only once per stage / just for future stages?

If the deal is at stage 1, send email, if the deal continues to stage 2 send email, etc.

When the deal goes back to a previous stage, do not send the email again.

When the deal continues the pipeline stages to a stage it has already been to -

I will be able to choose if I want to send the same email again or never send the same email again.

Is this behavior supported?

You can defintely do this very easily with the help of Sales Hub Professional Plan as its one of that allows automation based on Deals. You can create Deal based workflows like this way:
