Automatic Follow Up Task From Acumatica Quote

Hey Guys,

What would be the best way to trigger an automatic follow up task in Hubspot, when a quote is created in MYOB Advanced/Acumatica?

We would also like to dictate depending on who creates the quote in Acumatica, determines who gets set the task in Hubspot.

Also, if a quote moves to completed or cancelled status, it removes the follow up task.
