Why is there a lifecycle stage "Other" and how does HubSpot asssign contacts there?

HubSpot doesn't assign this automatically. It's typically used for contacts outside of the buyer's journey (employees, journalists, applicants, competitors) but it can also be removed in the contact object settings if not needed.
