Auto populate company - Country default changeable?

SOLVE

Hi

 

My company is based in the UK & predominantly do business there.

When adding contacts that work for a multinational organisation, Hubspot seems to populate the company info with the parent company info (quite often the US).

Is there a setting to change the default to identify UK subsidiairies & populate a UK address / tel, etc?

Unfortunatly, email domain names often point to the parent company rather than any local subsidiary so HubSpot does tend to behave the way you describe. There is no setting to adjust this behaviour. 


The only real alternative is to turn off contact and company association and manage this yourself. 

 

Being based in the UK too, I know what this is like!
