Auto creation of invoices

Is there a way to  create automatically an invoice when quote status changes to "Signed"?

I tried the workflow tool, but it does not give me the option  to create a criteria based on Quote status change.

I've hit this roadblock a few times. I am not aware of a native workaround at this time that fully automates the process. If quote status (signed), was available in the workflows, it would be helpful.

Hi @AKapp,

We have an invoice automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over when the invoice is created. Using Portant invoices can be created on a deal stage changing, (or even create an invoice when different property combinations are true). I made a short 60s video about it here:
