Auto brings deals from non-customer to THE pipeline

Hi guys,

We are now shifting from old CRM to hubspot, since multiple people will go into Hubspot to create deals onwards, we want to have a default setting such as if the company is not yet a customer in "TYPE", all the deals belong to that conpany automatically goes to the "NEW CUSTOMER PIPELINE". I tried to create a workflow, could not find a relevant option for "ACTION", any suggestions? Thanks,

There is currently no built-in way to 'limit' contacts (old or new) to a specific pipeline in HubSpot. Honestly, can't even think of a way to solve for your 'non-customer pipeline' use case without custom development.
