Auto assign contact owner based on meeting scheduled link

If I'm using a round-robin scheduling link, is it possible to get the contact owner to auto-assign to the person that is scheduled from the call? i.e. Sarah, Max and I are on the round robin scheduling link, a new contact uses the link and schedules a call with Sarah, how can the new contact be auto-assigned Sarah as the contact owner?

Hi @AFukumoto 

Not sure if Hubspot can directly do it, but you can do it through an automation that will work like this:

1. Whenever there is a new contact, the automation runs

2. Checks who is the appointment's invitee in that contact (aka owner)

3. Assigns the person from a lookup table
