Auto assign Inbox

SOLVE

I am using the Free version, and i would like to automatically assign contacts to a team member whenever an email sent to me, it would be automatically assigned to that team member and not returned unassigned. Please is this possible with the free version?

As seen above, i want the unassigned mails to automatically be assigned in the free version.

Hey @ScottMC 

 

Based on this article, incoming messages can only be routed to users with a paid seat. If the user does not have access to a paid Sales Hub or Service Hub seat, you cannot include them in your routing rules.

Based on this article, incoming messages can only be routed to users with a paid seat. If the user does not have access to a paid Sales Hub or Service Hub seat, you cannot include them in your routing rules.
