My team often attaches the documents from a ticket to the client. Our previous CRM offered an "attach to response" button that added the document to our email with the client. This was very time-saving and helpful.
Is there any option that allows us to easily find and attach documentation related to the ticket we are working? We are finding that "Choose Existing" does not meet our needs because these attachments are not saved in our File Manager (and should not be as they are issue-related).
