Attached images in inbox emails are not shown.

SOLVE

Hi there,

 

When a customer mails us and has multiple photo's attached, these doesn't show in the inbox preview. Is it possible to access the html of the mail so we can view these photo's? Currently I can only access these when I open the 'Inspect mode' and open the img src. Or maybe there is another way to have these visible?

Hi @RvdVelden ,

 

Try this: Settings > General > E-mail tab > E-mail extensions settings dropdown > Resync.  It may help resolve the issue.

Try this: Settings > General > E-mail tab > E-mail extensions settings dropdown > Resync.  It may help resolve the issue.
