Attach email to an already registered deal using Outlook plugin
Ive recently switched from Google Gmail to Outlook and have the outlook plugin installed.
In Gmail I can get an email from anyone and assign it to almost anything already existing in Hubspot. In Outlook however, I can only see how to add the email to a new opp.
If I have an opp already in the system and say I want to attach an email from a supplier into that opp, is that not possible in Outlook or have I missed something? ?

Ah, I think I've worked this one out, It's looking at the contact assigned in Hubspot and then the deal needs assigning to them. So I'm guessing it just doesn't work in outlook as well as it doesn't in Gmail. 😞

I'm working on this now - trying to track emails about a deal to a deal. Sadly I think Hubspot is missing this feature for Outlook. Hope maybe you found a work around you could share.
