we can use association labels as triggers but when I try to set my label it doesn't show up in the menu. I don't see it for company based workflow neither for contact ones.
I would try to clear my cache or open my HS in an incognito windown and see if it makes a difference. If this does not work, can you olease send a screenshot of your whole screen showing your workflow enrollment trigger set-up when you can't see the labels appear?
I see what happens now. I need to select a property first and apply the filter then I can select the association label. I thought I can use association label as the primary filter.
Can you answer another question though. Since association labels are used only in Company based workflow can I get the Associated Contact ID in the workflow and send it with a webhook action?
@RRadoev Have you created your association labels in the account first?
You would need to create these per object you want to associate to. You can navigate to this by going to Settings>Objects>Choose the object you want to build the association for>Associations>Create association>Insert your label
