Associating Deal and contacts

I run a real estate brokerage business. I have real estate investors that buy property. They buy more than one property each year. 

In HS,, the investors are contacts and the properties are deals. A contacts can have multiple deals, possibly at the same time. 

How do I associate a single contact with multple deals. Let me be clear. I want to be able to access a contact record and a list with the name of each deal they are associated with. I want to be able to select the deal and be directed to the deal record. 

Can I do this and how do you suggest setting this up in Hubspot.

Hi @libmd 

Contacts can be associated with multiple deals as standard, and all deals that they are associated with will appear on the right hand side of the contact screen - along with links to those deals. 

You can create additional deals, or add existing ones to a contact by clicking '+add' in the deals section of the contact screen.

Hi Phil, I have a related question:

Is it possible to produce an email (or a document) in which contacts and their multiple deals are listed?

For example, the name of the first contact may be followed by a list of say 5 associated deals, the name of the second contact might be followed by a list of 2 deals etc.

I need this kind of output so I can write to my customers and show them the deals they have and ask whether they need to update any details.
