Any updates on this??? This is a must for so many scenarios. For some reason hubspot's engeneers did not think that an individual can have two jobs, or... owwn multiple companies???

At this time you can only associate 1 company record with an individual contact.
You can associate multiple contacts with a company, but not the other way around. You'll have to have the contact live separately with a different email address.

I think it should be an important update that Hubspot should do. Because in realife, a single deal and a single person related to multiple companies. In a complicated B2B deal, there are many companies involving. Recently, a single deal can be associted with multiple contacts but with just one company.
I'm trying to add different organisations that are connected to one person. How do I do that?
A person is the most essential part of the connection with a company. Whilst a company will be the buyer of a product or service, if the main purchasing person leaves, you have to start again...
In ensuring that each person can be connected with multiple organisations/companies we get to track them and see who they know and from where over the course of their existence.
Insightly have a much better system where you can track who knows whom across multiple organisations...
For myself, I am connected with at least 6 different organisations. If you can't add those to my contact in Hubspot, you've just lost a HUGE amount of insights about who I know and why.

In just my first few days using Hubspot I see this as the major flaw in the CRM. Can we please not forget that it is PEOPLE who run and work in companies and organisations. Companies do not exist without PEOPLE. PEOPLE are the secret sauce, not the companies.
