Associate form fields of my website with Hubspot contacts fields

I need to create new fields in my contact form (CMS Wordpress) and find the information on the Hotspot contacts. Somebody could help me to solve this problem ?

Once you’ve successfully installed the plugin, you can create forms, monitor new contacts, and create lists from within your WordPress account.
