Assigning a customer number/code

Hi HubSpot Community,

Looking for some support to automatically assign a 4 digit customer number/code to a COMPANY record when a deal is closed won. We cannot use the HubSpot company record ID, as we also have a format (structure) being N+1 for existing customers.

FYI: We use HubSpot Pro

No we do not have Ops Hub. Are there any other alternatives?

Hi @KerrinBarker ,

Do you have Operations Hub Professional? If so I believe that you should be able to do this via a custom code action in a workflow.
