Asign a conversation to a ticket

Hi

 

We have a conversation and we want to asign this conversation to an existing ticket ... but we dont see this option ...

As far as I know this is currently not possible, unfortunately. Conversations can only be linked to new tickets.

 

This is a valid request however, I think, and you could submit it in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews these suggestions based on popularity.
