I would like to know if it is possible to disable the news feed of the answers in our answer to a ticket.
I explain myself a customer contacts me I answer his ticket he answers me and I answer again in the email of answer which will be sent there will be below automatically his previous message (see screenshot).
@MCERENZIA , If someone is answering you on the same ticket, then you won't be able to remove the conversaton. Everytime you have to start a fresh ticket.
