Answer ticket

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to disable the news feed of the answers in our answer to a ticket.

I explain myself a customer contacts me I answer his ticket he answers me and I answer again in the email of answer which will be sent there will be below automatically his previous message (see screenshot).

Can we disable this?reponse ticket.PNG

If someone is answering you on the same ticket, then you won't be able to remove the conversaton.
Everytime you have to start a fresh ticket.

This is how a ticket is suppose to work. New conversation will include the trail mails too.
Kindly let me know why you want to remove that.
